Made the dough last weekend, but put the ball in the freezer until yesterday. Took it out of the fridge about 3 hours before baking. Turned out really nice. Just onion, basil, parmesan and mozzarella.

Baked in my Ooni Koda 16 at about 680°. Still figuring out the nuances of bread flour vs. 00, but this one was good.
