Welcome to my kitchen. Another recipe from @thepastaqueen cookbook that I made yesterday for Pasta Friday. It was a complete success. Let me know if you try it.
Ingredients for the pasta:
Salt
1lb ziti
Meatballs
1 can whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand
Basil
6 slices of provolone
1 ½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
Ingredients for the meatballs:
¼ fine dried bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
1lb ground turkey (she uses ground beef and ground pork)
¾ cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 garlic clove
1 egg
2 tsp salt
½ tsp chopped fresh parsley
Black pepper
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
