
Hey, I’ve recently made my home made limoncello. Some bottles are fine (a little too sweet tho) and a couple of them have this weird small bubbles and I’ll leave a video to show what I mean. I don’t understand how this happened, my guess is that I messed up when putting the water a sugar. What I did is 500 ml of alcohol, 550 of water and 450 grams of sugar. After boiling the water an adding the sugar I’ve waited for it to cool down almost to room temperature. A friend of mine told me I’ve waited too long and should have mixed before. My questions are, doc thisever happen to you? Is it safe to drink?

You put too much sugar and some is not dissolving.
