CANNOLI COFFEE CAKE
Tastes just like a giant cannoli but in an easy to whip up, light coffee cake form! Such a crowd pleaser!

2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar
1 lemon, zest only
1 orange, zest only
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole ricotta
1 cup milk
**preheat oven to 350*F
**in a bowl combine all the dry ingredients first including the chocolate chips, mix and set aside
**to a large mixing bowl add the sugar with the softened butter and incorporate it well
**now add in the eggs and zests and mix well. Add the milk, ricotta and vanilla and mix again.
**now slowly add in the dry ingredients into the wet, gently mixing and folding in.
**scoop or pour batter into a lightly greased Bundt pan. Bake for 45-50 min , let cool completely before adding powdered sugar on top.
