Buffalo Chicken Garlic Bread 🧄🧀
Ingredients
Italian bread, halved lengthwise
Mozzarella cheese
Parsley
Chili flakes
Chicken Marinade
2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp chili flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste
Buffalo Chicken Mixture
1–2 tbsp oil
½ cup buffalo sauce
3–4 tbsp cream cheese
Garlic Butter
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
Season the chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Add the buffalo sauce and cream cheese to the pan and mix until creamy and well combined.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, chili flakes, and parsley.
Brush the garlic butter generously over the halved Italian bread.
Bake at 375°F for about 5–7 minutes until lightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and top with mozzarella cheese, followed by the creamy buffalo chicken mixture.
Sprinkle extra parsley and chili flakes on top.
Bake again for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve warm
