Hi all, I saw this pizza recipe with cantaloupe mint salsa and mortadella topping. I was wondering what would be a veggie topping i could substitute instead of mortadella. I was leaning towards olives to get that briny taste but wondering if you guys had any suggestions. Thanks !

I would suggest looking up the ingredients of mortadella and seeing which of those you might be able to incorporate. Mortadella has a lot going on. For replicating the meat flavor itself not sure.
