Luccio in Salsa
Since I come from a small town close to Mantova, I’ve been eating luccio in salsa all my life. It’s actually one of those memories I have strongly printed in my mind. But our luccio does not come from the Mantovan lakes, it comes from Lake Garda, where we come from and where the luccio in salsa tradition has been travelling to.

Fun fact: Here in Sweden, pike is not a fish you eat. Almost no one does it.

IMO Pike should not be eaten. They are too important for the lakes, but if you can do it sustainable then I guess it’s fine.
