I have this homemade dough I did from the Dough Guy recipe. This is day three of being in the fridge. Container a little small… I’m seeing quite a bit of bubbles and separation in the bottom. I suppose I didn’t stretch and seal enough when forming the ball. Tonight is pizza night… this going to work?

    What’s going on with the surface in pic 1? Did you poke it? Burst a big bubble? I say go for it as planned but be gentle when stretching because the dough is probably going to be fragile.

    Looks blown out to me. Possibly got too warm or too much yeast.

    Smell it. If it smells like alcohol toss it. Otherwise try it, It COULD work.
