Whole wheat, tomato flavored dough (tomato powder). I give it a 7/10. It came out really good . But next time I need to pre-bake the dough or something. Because I couldn't get it to crisp up and if I left in longer the cheese would've over cooked. If you're curious about the yellow bits, I decided to sprinkle some cheddar on it. Toppings are bacon, caramelized shallots, basil, and tomato. Cheese are mozzarella, cheddar and asiago.
