EASY 4-INGREDIENT MEATBALLS (FREEZER FRIENDLY!) 🧊🍝

These meatballs are a game changer: one box of stuffing mix replaces breadcrumbs, seasoning, and veggies 🙌

Ingredients:
• 1 box stuffing mix (any flavor)
• 1½ cups water
• 2 eggs
• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 lb ground beef

Instructions:

Mix stuffing mix, water, and eggs. Let it sit for a few minutes to rehydrate.
Add ground pork and beef. Mix until fully combined.
Roll into ~1-inch meatballs.
Bake at 400°F for 17–18 minutes.

To freeze: Let cool completely, then freeze in a sealed container or bag for quick meals later!

Simple, budget-friendly, and SO good.

  1. The only thing I would do differently is substitute low-sodium chicken broth for the water and glaze them with a caramelized onion grilling sauce.

  2. I made ground chicken meatballs recently, not with box stuffing.. just an egg or two and breadcrumbs and seasoning but they were pretty good!

  3. I think this might be a good idea if one uses a good stuffing product, and for me that would never be Stove Top. Those hard square LEGO-like pieces, inedible to me. But I think the construct of using a good stuffing product is excellent. And to be fair, Stove Top is not cited in the recipe.

  4. Great idea but my experience is that Stove Top Stuffing mix is yucky
Peppridge Farms Herb stuffing mix who be soooooo much better 😊😊😊

  5. I love this will need to give this a try…. and of course there are gluten free stuffing mix (basically counterpart to stove top) so just 1 substitution. Thanks for the idea.

  6. Making this today for dinner and making a gravy over it. Thanks for the recipe, looks superb!!
