✰ 1 cup fat free mozzarella
✰ 16 turkey pepperonis
✰ 1 1/4 cups romaine lettuce
✰ Caesar dressing (1/3 (75g) cup (56g) 0% Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp (30g) lemon juice, 2 tsp (6g) garlic powder, 1 tsp (1g) oregano, 1 tbsp (15g) Parmesan, 1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp (1g) anchovy paste (optional), salt&pepper)
✰ additional Parmesan for topping (optional)
1. Lay cheese on parchment paper in a thin, rectangular shape, lay turkey pepperonis across in a straight line.
2. Air fry at 400F for about 12 minutes or until golden.
3. Mix together dressing ingredients, add to lettuce and combine.
4. Add lettuce to cheese and pepperoni wrap, fold and enjoy!

  1. Just shred it yourself 😂 I buy pre shredded for the convenience but then if you’re washing it, it’s not really convenient anymore. Personally I buy Tillamook shredded cheese because the coating is potato starch and I’m fine with that. A lot of brands use cellulose (aka dried wood pulp) which I do not want to eat

  2. Its just cellulose (made by plants) or cornstarch so they dont stick. Just buy a block of cheese and grate it yourself…washing your cheese is just werid plus the block gives you more cheese anyway without the cellulose
