✨ Hailey’s One-Pan Gochujang Mayo Pasta

📝 Ingredients
• 2–3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
• 6 oz (170 g) pasta noodles
• 1 Tbsp gochujang
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 7 oz (200 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
• ⅓ onion, thinly sliced
• 2 strips bacon, sliced
• 3 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced or chopped
• 2 handfuls spinach
• 1.5 Tbsp butter
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1.5 cups beef stock
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Chili flakes + parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳Instructions

1. Heat the base
Warm Cooking Oil in a large pan over medium-low heat.

2. Arrange the layers
Place the pasta in the center of the pan. Surround it with tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, bacon, and spinach.

3. Build the flavor
Add mayonnaise, garlic, Gochujang, Italian seasoning, sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Simmer the pasta
Pour in the heavy cream and beef stock. Cover and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Once boiling, uncover and stir occasionally so the noodles don’t stick.

5. Make it creamy
Cook for 8–12 minutes, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens. Add extra spinach if desired until wilted, then stir in Parmesan until melted into a glossy, rich sauce. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve hot
Top with chili flakes and parsley. Serve immediately—creamy, spicy, and irresistibly satisfying.

• Add a splash of water if you prefer a looser sauce.
• A touch of sugar (1 tsp–½ Tbsp) balances the spice and deepens the flavor.
