Welcome back to the channel. Today, we’re stepping inside a $25,900,000 Italian-inspired mega mansion and this one really left an impression on us from the moment we walked in.

There’s a sense of scale here that’s hard to fully capture. Spanning over 16,800 square feet of built-up area, the home feels grand and almost overwhelming in the best way, with spaces that are designed to make a statement while still feeling intentional. The interiors are deeply influenced by Italian design, with pieces from Minotti, Giorgetti, and Meridiani, layered with rich materials like Grigio Orobico and Persian Silk marble that run throughout the home.

As you move through the villa, everything feels connected. The living spaces flow effortlessly into one another and out toward the backyard, where the atmosphere completely shifts. It feels less like a typical outdoor area and more like a private retreat, somewhere you could spend the entire day without ever wanting to leave.

    The astroturf needs to go. When I lived in Dubai grass areas utilised paspalum grass I think. Would be the first thing I would replace. Otherwise lovely house. But spending that amount I want real grass as I would be able to afford a gardener etc haha

    To be honest, the big sign on the facade kinda turned me off, hahaha. However, the house is amazing. Love the simplicity yet luxurious set-ups. And I believe the pool area in this house has the most private standard compared to the other houses you've reviewed. No open space nor the neighbor's balcony can see the area directly. So it's worry-free, even doing some skinny-dipping lol.

    I Had 2 villas and 1 condo in Dubai bought them like 7 years ago . i sold all 3 of them 1 year ago . Just kept 1 condo to keep my Golden visa ….. Im Made alot of money selling them I Made a Smart decision this villa now is going to be like 9 million usd in 2.5 years Dubai ***** sorry mate im not trying to negative but being a real estate is done now . I wish to pled that show more details on the marble that you talking about like on and entire wall and the floor too as well so that it can be seen and like on a close up short by the camera so that we have a good view of what you are talking about
