1. 10 oz cherry / grape tomatoes (save a few for garnish)
2. 1/2 tablespoon Calabrian chili (optional) or add any chilis

2. 1/2 tablespoon Calabrian chili (optional) or add any chilis
3. 5 garlic minced
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6. 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
7. 1/2 teaspoon oregano or Italian seasoning
8. 1/2 cup feta cheese
9. 150 g linguine
10. Save 1/2 – 1 cup pasta water
11. Garnish with parsley , feta , cherry tomatoes
1. Cook your pasta in salt water.#
2. On low medium heat, In a pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil , add in the tomatoes.#
3. Cover and Cook the tomatoes on low medium heat for about 6-8 minutes until they are soft and bursting.#
4. Slow smash the tomatoes as this is your sauce.#
5. Add garlic, Calabrian chili, salt , pepper, oregano , chili flakes and cook about 30 seconds.#
6. Add feta cheese ,# tablespoon of olive oil and mix.#
7. Add in about 1/2 cup pasta water and the tomatoes and cheese will form a sauce.#
8. Add in the pasta and mix gently.#
9. Add more pasta water if needed to make it saucy.#
10. Adjust the salt and seasonings.#
11. Garnish with parsley, more feta and tomatoes.#
