I went to Marchesi 1824 in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan — one of the most iconic luxury pastry shops in Italy — to find out what Italian luxury breakfast actually looks like when done properly.
Panettone, maritozzo, fine pastries, and one of the most beautiful dining rooms in the world. This is not just breakfast. This is an experience.
