Sicuro. Vengono qui a fare i gourmet della pasta e della pizza. Superficiali come sempre.

  3. Commento di un idiota americano! Nel menu รจ tutto e di prima qualitร ! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

  4. you are in Cortina and you do not get out for a real restaurant with tipical local staff???? pls, help yourself, get out cortina in the rirection to "3 cime" and whatever restaurant you see just project your body in and try almost c"anederli, casunziei, gulash, stinco, grilled cheese and sausage over melted polenta, pastin with patate all'ampezzana" etc… start with this shrinked list. It's ridicolous in USA you only know pasta and pizza with the treasure of dishes you can try. it's like if I go to usa I only have hot dog and hamburger.

( buonissimo)
L'orecchio d'elefante, chiedete al ristorante. E molto altro. Tutto da provare

  6. I like the fact that tourists believe Italy is only pasta and pizza. It leaves seats in the other restaurants available

  7. We're number one when it comes to food. Don't forget one fundamental thing: Italian cuisine isn't JUST pizza and pastaโ€”that's insulting. Pizza and pasta are (perhaps) the most famous dishes, but Italian cuisine is rich: meat, fish, cheeses, focaccia, omelettes, soups, savory pies (and so on). It's fine to enjoy pasta and pizza; in Italy you can eat the best in the world, but don't limit yourself to that. Look for regional specialties. Italy has 20 regions, and each region has dozens of specialties. Look for those in the region you're in.

    Viva l'Italia!

  9. You have to know Italian pasta and pizza are way different (and light) from the US version. No futtuccini Alfredo, no loads of sauce or packed cheese. Pasta and pizza here are pretty calorics foods but low in fats, cholesterol and free of ultra processed food. Just few genuine ingredients

  10. Saying 'pasta' in Italian doesn't really make any sense because in Italy, we have hundreds of different types.
For example, the pasta dish that American guy is presenting is called "spaghetti", but we also have "penne", "tortiglioni", "conchiglie", "trofie", "orecchiette"… hundreds of different kinds of pasta. Every single Italian region has its own types of pasta; from the north to the south of the peninsula, there are at least a hundred different varieties per region.
