Ingredients (2–3 servings)
For the crust:
● 1 lb ground chicken
● 1 whole egg
● 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
● 1/4 cup grated parmesan
● 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
● Salt + pepper
For the toppings:
● 1/2–3/4 cup Yo Mama’s pizza sauce
● 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
● 1/4 cup grated parmesan
● 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
● 1/4 cup banana peppers
● 1/4 cup sliced olives
● 6–8 slices pepperoni
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make the crust: In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan,
mozzarella, salt, and pepper until combined.
3. Form the crust: Shape the mixture into a thin, even circle or rectangle on the prepared
baking sheet.
4. Bake crust: Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and firm.
5. Add toppings: Spread Yo Mama’s pizza sauce over the crust, then layer mozzarella,
parmesan, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, olives, and pepperoni.
6. Finish baking: Return to the oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve: Let cool for 2–3 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
