Never done this before, finally gave it a try and glad I did! Started with a Caesar salad kit, some really good olive oil, some Italian bread, and 2 types of dry cures salami. Add in some provolone, some Parmesan, Italian dressing, mayo, and cracked pepper, get chopping!
