Hugo Spritz πβ¨ (fresh, light, effortless)
β’ 40 ml St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
β’ 120 ml Prosecco (La Marca works well)
β’ 40β60 ml sparkling water (or soda)
β’ Ice
β’ Fresh mint
β’ Lime slice (optional, but improves acidity)
Build directly in a wine glass:
Ice β St-Germain β Prosecco β sparkling water β gently stir.
Finish with mint + lime.
Donβt overdo sparkling water β too much will flatten the drink. The structure should stay wine-forward with a floral top note, not taste like flavored soda.
