β€’ 120 ml Prosecco (La Marca works well)
β€’ 40–60 ml sparkling water (or soda)
β€’ Ice
β€’ Fresh mint
β€’ Lime slice (optional, but improves acidity)

Build directly in a wine glass:
Ice β†’ St-Germain β†’ Prosecco β†’ sparkling water β†’ gently stir.
Finish with mint + lime.

Don’t overdo sparkling water β€” too much will flatten the drink. The structure should stay wine-forward with a floral top note, not taste like flavored soda.
