My version of an Italian Chop, with a few tweaks I swear by:
* roasted chickpeas instead of straight from the can (trust me, worth it)
* Napa cabbage in place of iceberg for more flavor, better texture, and leftovers that donโ€™t get sad

But youโ€™ll still want to wait to dress this little pretty until right before itโ€™s time to serve.
