Chilled Tomato Pasta (for 2 people)
Ingredients:
โข 200g quick-cook pasta
โข 450ml water
โข A pinch of salt
โข 1 can (200g) diced tomatoes
โข 1/2 tsp salt
โข A pinch of pepper
โข 1 tsp grated garlic
โข Fresh basil leaves, as you needed
โข 4 slices of prosciutto
โข 1 tbsp olive oil
โข Mozzarella cheese, as much as you like
Carrot Rape (Side Dish)
Ingredients:
โข 1 carrot (about 100g)
โข 1/2 tbsp olive oil
โข 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
โข 1/2 tsp sugar
โข A pinch of salt
โข A pinch of pepper
โข Parsley, optional
