What on earth can we do with that cantina??? Permits, permits, permits. Get a commercial kitchen in there with proper ventilation, one more bathroom, the first long room of the cantina will be the bar area with an equally long bar surface. The next rooms will have tables and chairs or even better oversized chairs and loveseats for a lounge feeling. Kitchen denied? Serve wine and cheese, play soft music and offer a quiet place to read. Does that cantina lead out to another doorway? If not, that would be a fire hazard. My imagination is going wild. Simply amazing!!!

Wow, how charming an apartment, everything one needs, beautifully appointed, which can be included! Then the heirloom part – I see a coffee and best pastries cozy shop, followed in evenings by wine and charcuterie with music… Thank you, Nick, for your very discerning eye for beauty! I guessed 800 so was close! Btw, a few mos ago was coming indoors from sunlight to a darker interior room and found myself automatically saying, "the camera will adjust"! Ha!

If only I had the money…. This is a stupendous property. The central room is one of the best features that you have shown on the channel. The vaulted arch with the brick and stone accents are fantastic. I agree that additional exposed stone would be a plus. I also would add some color in the bathrooms. But the inside and outdoor spaces are great. Oh, and then there's the cantina. Yes, it never ends. My mind races with the possibilities and how those rooms could be brought to their full potential. This was a wonderful find. Thanks, Nick!!

You will need the heated towelrail on all year in UK the amout of cloud seeding the airlines are doing. Grey cloud covere as the planes fly over dailey. You maynot get a hot summer or it will be super heated as the cloud burns and dodges the heat over from uk to europe.
