This incredible farmhouse has been in the same family for years. It dates back 150 years and is ready for a new owner and a bit of love and dedication.

The location is wow..!! The road is calm, hardly used, and gives good access to the cute, historic local town. Cafe, restaurant – what more do you need? For anything else you drive 10 minutes to Asti or head south to Alba and in 25 minutes you’re in one of the best small cities in Italy.

Like an access road for a few houses it’s not busy a few cars a day maybe the local town which is walking distance has a bank a bar restaurant and we heard that workers started on a golf course not so far from here so this could make
