REF 358 : โฌ55,000 Includes fees and taxes.
What a bargain price for this beautiful property in the heart of this popular town where all facilities can be found and it is 30 minutes from the coast and 45 minutes to ski resorts.
The property is in good condition and is currently used as a holiday home. The home needs some upgrades including a heating system but it has been priced very well to help you cover this and is ready for you to use straight away. We can help with builders, plumbers etc to take care of future improvements.

I donโt understand what people are expecting at this price range. Do people really expect large single family homes with garages and driveways and huge yards done to their exact specifications in a safe trendy neighborhood in the city center on the beach with spectacular views for under 100k or worse under 50k? Like really? I just donโt understand that mindset.
Amazing house๐๐
Excellent thank you
Although I'd much prefer a home outside the city, that terrace view puts this one over the top. Absolutely stunning, and where I would spend so much time. A bit of updating in the kitchen and a couple of rooms would be perfect. Thank you for showing these amazing properties. Take Care. CA, USA
So much potential. Are the houses either side occupied? Wish I was in a position to buy! I could sit on the terrace all day ๐คฃ. The area is beautiful and so many places/things to do. Excellent restaurants nearby too. ๐
Can you build stairs to connect the cellar to the Kitchen/living room area?
This is class for 55k. Could do loads with this and the roof terrace is a huge bonus. Could have two or 3 bedroom and make the cellar into a snug. Open up the kitchen lounge space. Well done Dave good find.
To quote you big man. "stunning"
That house has potential!
if i bought this place will they remove the furniture I don't want?
Stunning !๐
I love it when it includes fees and taxes. Total package.
Love this property.
Very cute home:))
For the price, this checks many boxes. It's not what I'm looking for, but then again whatever property I end up purchasing will undoubtedly be multiples in price.
Oooh, I'll take those copper pots please! As well as the giant ones in the cellar – which I would make my working kitchen for serious cooking, keeping the main kitchen for family mealtimes.
It's a great house, and all the steps will keep you nimble.
Handy to see the taxes and fees included! ๐
I just put in a gas boiler and pensotti flat panel radiators in my house With me doing all the work it was 23K but thatโs in the USA
Oh I like it!
I've been away for a while, and am just getting caught up on your videos. First and foremost, congratulations on the rapid growth of your channel! Well done and well deserved!
I used to get a chuckle from your first videos when the first things you mentioned about each town were the bars, followed by pharmacies (sources of hangover remedies?), rarely if ever would you mention grocers, and never schools or hospitals. Now I realise you cater to the holiday home set, not necessarily homeseekers (relieved to know your "bars" are our "cafรฉs", and not places of drunken hijinks ๐)
Something all the real estate channels I subscribe to (from Portugal as well as Italy) have in common is that none of you seem to carry torches. Virtually every video has the presenter saying "it's really dark in there, wish I had a torch"… ummm, I don't understand why none of you have torches in your kit that has your video equipment, to grab and go. If showing properties is your business, light is rather necessary for "showing" one would think…
Ok, enough out of me, off now to dream my way through your channel, it's good to be back!
I'd make that skinny space another bathroom or a closet.
It's a nice laid out space for an oddly connected space. Id take out that glass panel too and open the wall even if like a window. And you still have some views from balcony and that great terrace. It seems strange to me unless the original stone doesnt allow it that stair cases are not worked out as a "hallway: to connect all rooms. Maybe the bathroom can be a stair to the terrace and move bathroom into that closet area. And work a half bath into living kitchen area. Then the stairs and half bath are connected to the terrace via a redirect of the stairs. I love any of these that have the extra storage. I sew and craft. I dont have a bathroom now in my separate sewing that is across our almost acre lot. Mine does have lower kitchen cabinets with a sink because of the type of hobbies the builder had. That's a lot of room for that price! Maybe a kitchen upstairs off the terrace too and a half bath? Im curious just what the separtion walls and floors are. Every see one being remodeled? Torn apart? That would be great to see!
Definitely need a bathroom on the top floor. Can you partially enclose the terrace?
Worth the price for the view from the roof terrace alone
Reconfigure some the furniture, get rid of some furniture and open the kichen would improve the property. This would be low cost and make this house doable.
Wow. Incredible.
Iโve been watching your videos for awhile. I love this home, my husband loves this home too. I would love to live there.
Even as a holiday home and a nonresident it gives you access to all of Italy and Europe 6 months a year if you do the Schengen shuffle and lease a car
Fantastic terrace !
Awesomeness!! โค
I'm not sure I'd take it even if it were free. Claustrophobic and dated, with no parking space and unfriendly to orthopedic demands of knees and hips. All fictures due for replacement, no sensible heating system, and you will be reminded of your "loads of character" knee jerk decision to remote buy by the hourly church bells next door.๐๐. So much for quiet enjoyment. But the view is nice! ๐
I have been thinking about this all day long. I am a retired teacher that is currently working with an agent in Salento. I really want this property! I showed my husband and he saw the possibility. Iโm smitten, want to give this place its rightful beauty. I see a really beautiful picture that could unfold. Can I make an offer?
Iโd much rather have a โhouseโ with possibilities than one thatโ already done.
How far is this beautiful town from Rome?
A very nice property and a very good price. It needs some changes for sure. But the result will be beautiful! And that terrace is stunning! Thank you again for your video
Spectaculair what a view. Love this house. Good vibes
You are right! Stunning viewโคโคโค Great place
Very nice place. The wall into the kitchen has to go, and if possible the wall in that little room upstairs also, so you got a big room on top of the stairs.
That terrace…..STUNNING! That location…..STUNNING! That price…..STUNNING! ๐ Another great find! ๐โโ๐
We were your second viewer of this property on YouTube yesterday…caught it just as you posted it…1 minute prior! We watch you and view the live stream webinars on YouTube on our TV. Today was the first time visiting your Facebook page and your website (to see the before so I can compare the eventual after!) Thanks for your site and hopefully, we will get to Italy to see some places for real next year. We were planning a trip then covid happened, then some life changes. So tempted to do a remote buy, but my husband has never been to Europe, so I wanted him to experience it before committing…I'm all in.
could rent out a bit of the rooftop terrace to artists/painters. 40euro a day, 60euro if they want lunch/dinner and beverages served up there and a daybed in the room off the terrace for a mid-afternoon nap from the heat of the day. ๐
and that little cantina…gut it, make it into a small bachelor studio. it's got a toilet, build a shower stall next to it, put in some sort of mini-kitchen w small fridge, convection toaster oven/hotplate dealie, a combination loft bed w a desk or sofa underneath it, a little table and a couple of chairs for eating at…some paint and plaster, a radiant heater, etc. nice little airbnb space.
Dave ๐โค itโs STUNNING โฆwooaa those mountains!
Beautiful property and a stunning location! ๐
