This place is absolutely STUNNING! It will be gone before I can say "Honey, Let's go! This is it!"
I really like this one a lot. I would make that "dining area" a library/study. And I would make the garage area into an artist studio, changing out the solid garage door for a glass door with lots of light. The "levels" are called a terraced garden Dave and traditionally in many places fruit trees would be on one level, the next level would have agave or prickly pear cacti to keep the soil in place, and they would continue to alternate those at each level. It is a lovely property with lots of possibility. The other thing I would do if allowed, is extend the front stone wall upwards, to block out the traffic noise and give more privacy, but only at the front-most areas, angling in down so at the back it does not obstruct the view.

This is one gorgeous property.. I love the garden and all the little paths.. You couldn't find a house like this in Las Vegas NV. USA for this price. Mobile homes sell for this price and they are just that a mobile home no land no garden. This one is out of this world.. You can't say you don't have enough space.. I love it.
I would turn the livingroom into a master and the diningroom into at small Long/TV room

Tremendous home for the money! It’s too large for me, but I love it …. certainly a pleasure to view. The only downside in my opinion is that it’s on the road.
