Cacio e Pepe Pizza – The World's Best Pizza Recipe

One of my favorites to make at home on my Baking Steel. After you stretch out your dough and just before you launch into your oven , place 3-5 ice cubes in the center of the pizza and bake it naked. the ice cubes prevent the center of the dough from browning which makes a perfect landing spot for olive oil, cheese and cracked pepper. Cacio e pepe is a classic italian pasta dish. Here we engineered it as a pizza. It’s just awesome…
