One of my favorites to make at home on my Baking Steel. After you stretch out your dough and just before you launch into your oven , place 3-5 ice cubes in the center of the pizza and bake it naked. the ice cubes prevent the center of the dough from browning which makes a perfect landing spot for olive oil, cheese and cracked pepper.
