Seared tuna with pistachios purée with yellow potatoes, garnished with Bok Choy.
Ingredients
Fresh or frozen tuna of your choice
Celery, Bok choy,
Pistachios peeled or you can open one by one
Yellow potato or a potato of your choice
Fresh lime
Salt and pepper
Step 1: boil your potato on HIGH 3 to 4 🥔 for 20 mins, you can also add more depends on how many guest that you have!
Step 2: add bok choy into the oven at 405 Fahrenheit Garnish with salt and pepper paprika olive oil to top it off.
Step 3: next you’re going to chop up the pistachios or you can actually grind it in the food processor
Step 4: Slice up your tuna into two sections as desired, drizzle with olive oil and then you can sprinkle your pistachios over it or roll it over onto the pistachios.
Step 5: next you’re going to add your boiled potatoes into a blender add half of the lime cut into 2, add half stick of butter, blend it with almond milk or your choice of milk until it’s creamy
Step 6: add your chopped celery onto the pan with olive oil let it brown just enough, add in your fresh or frozen tuna what pistachios are ready garnished over it Cook to your desired liking. (Sn we cooked ours well done.)
Step 7: Now dish is ready to be served garnish with some fresh lime after you’ve layered with purée potatoes, seared tuna and Bok Choy
