I love making fresh pasta. In this video I wanted to show that anyone can make delicious fresh pasta without any pasta machine, expensive mixer or pasta tools, just by using items that we can find in any kitchen. When I was a kid in Italy, those where the only tools kids were allow to use to learn the skills.
