Welcome to Risposta Bistro Italian restaurant and banquet room, an exclusive property located in the heart of Campbellville, Ontario, just outside Milton in the Toronto area. Risposta offers authentic Italian Food with a Mediterranean flavour prepared the old fashioned way; all of our dishes are made in house.

Risposta Bistro offers authentic Italian Food with a Mediterranean flavour prepared in the old fashioned way, as has been done in our hometown in Italy since the late 1800s.
We are here to please our customers and will prepare such meals as succulent veal chops, veal scaloppini, steak, seafood, grilled eggplant with mushrooms, red peppers and zucchini. Our menu features delicious veal cutlets, Italian homemade sausage, meatballs, chicken, assorted pasta dishes, pizza, panzeratto and calzones. Of course, we also serve fine Italian speciality breads baked in house.
At the end of your meal you can enjoy delicious Italian pastries such as Sicilian cannoli, accompanied by a good espresso or cappuccino. Or, you might choose to indulge in our house-blended gelato and a fine after-dinner Cognac instead. We carry the finest selection of imported wine and beer to enhance your meal. We also have Italian cold cuts such as prosciutto, capicollo and salami.
Our chefs are award winners in Mediterranean cuisine. Our cooks are well trained, as they also were brought up in grandma’s Italian kitchen. We invite you to try our food and meet our friendly staff, who are eager to make your visit to Risposta Bistro a most pleasant and memorable one.

We made resevations on the recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. The food, atmosphere and service was divine. We had a magnificent time and were delighted by each dish. We will come again when we are next in town. It’s a true gem.
