VEGAN CHIKN PARM RECIPE:
2-3 Jars of 24oz marinara sauce
2 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1. tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp of black pepper
2 tbsp mushroom seasoning
8-10 pieces of oyster mushroom (sub for eggplant if allergic to mushrooms)
8-10 slices of vegan mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp of grated vegan parmesan
2 cups of flour seasoned well
vegan egg wash (1 cup ground flaxseed to 1 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup hot sauce, 2 tbsp mustard)
2 cups panic or any bread crumbs
1 bulk of roasted garlic
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
place layer of marinara sauce in baking dish place fried mushrooms on top then put marinara sauce on top of fried mushrooms, sprinkle on grated vegan parmesan cheese and place slice vegan mozzarella on top, cover with foil and bake until cheese is melted for about 15-20 min
