I’m tired of typing this out, so I’m going to copy and paste this kindergarten logic:
1 = low
5 = medium
9 = high
3 = medium low (middle of low and medium)
7 = medium high (middle of high and medium)
2 = the low end of medium low (everything between low (1) and medium (5) is medium low. Exact medium low is 3 (see “3 =” above”). 2 and 4 are also needed. One (2) is lower than 3 (medium low), but is still higher than low (1). So 2 cannot be “low” (1). “Low” (1), “the low end of medium low” (2), “medium low” (3), “the high end of medium low” (4; still “lower” than “medium”), “medium” (5), “the low end of medium high” (6 is higher than medium (so medium high), but not exact medium high (5 is medium, 9 is high, 7 is medium high, 6 is between medium and high, but less than medium high (7), thus “the low end of medium high”), “medium high” (7; directly between “medium” (5) and “high” (9), “the high end of medium high” (8; 6 and 8 are both “higher than” “medium” (5), but exactly in between medium (5) and high (9) would be medium high (7). You still need a way to distinguish two numbers between medium and high. These are still “medium high”, but one (6) is lower than exact medium high (7), thus, “the low end of medium high”. One (8) is higher than exact medium high (7), but 9 is high, so 8 is “the high end of medium high”.
4 = the high end of medium low (see the “2 =” logic above)
8 = the high end of medium high (everything between high (9) and medium (5) is medium high. Exact medium high is 7 (see “7 =” above). 8 and 6 are also needed. One (8) is higher than 7 (medium high), so 8 is “the high end of medium high”. One (6) is lower than medium high (7), but still higher than medium (6 > 5), so 6 is the low end of medium high.
If you struggle with this elementary logic I will mute.

looks lacking sauce tbh
Why is everyone cooking with big tweezers recently? Am I missing out?
The sauce is not saucy enough for me,

Spaghetti Franco ? Ma Franco chi ? Mai visti ! 😂😂😂
Big Algae Oil is NOT gonna like this video.
😮
Where did the sauce go?
At 1:43 into the video the Harrison Ford’s joke „there’s no fuckin’ broccoli” comes to mind! 😀😉
'Addictive' not 'Addicting' FFS….. Great recipe though
Damn…😢glad I read the comments
Recipe looks good…looks a bit dry though
What if this guy is sponsored by Big Stainless Steel
Flavorless pasta. You were so close. Lose the broccoli, add a shitload of pecorino and eggs, and you have the best pasta dish of all time..
Start saying "the higher end of medium low" or "low to medium low". How you are saying it contradicts itself.
Mmmmm
starch equals sugar
Everyone always hating on this dude but his technique is solid every time
high end of medium low makes no sense lol
Guanciale > Pancetta
Bravo!
A guitar spatula? When did big guitar or big spatula get you
who would have though adding the olive oil to your cooked pasta would have cause everything to side right off?
Is that a guitar shaped wooden spatula? 🎸😲😊
“Stir it all together. That’s the secret.”
Big Nona stands no chance against this level of fond….RIP algae oil??????
The secret is the Stratocaster wooden spoon
Broccoli ? No thank you, overpowering
brokkoli has no business being in there.
It's a fantastic food yes. But in Pasta ? Adds nothing
Is this on the high end of medium low
???!!!
Thank you for sharing this 🙏
This man sells these pans for a living. It's in his bio.
If he keeps promoting Franco’s pasta, Big Creamette be coming after him too!
This guy has enemies on all fronts
Italian here, you had it all right, but then I saw the broccoli and I said, ah. I will give it a try
What’s the name of the pasta?
Similar to a carbonara but no egg and adding the cheese at the end. Broccoli also.
You forgot the broccoli fond on the high end of high-low medium heat after starting from cold
Was having a bummer of a day. Then heard "guanciale fond"!
Didn't really help.
Common tendency for a lot of Italian-Americans to pronounce it PAW-sta. It's pronounced PAH-sta.
Sorry, it drives me crazy 😠☺️
Great dishes! As a fellow Italian and someone who grew up in a family of excellent cooks, I endorse these dishes and the cooking methods 👏🏽
Meh
i already love nona's coffee 🙂
