I’ve been making a lot of sourdough bread and wanted to try doing sourdough pizza – Super happy with how this turned out. Baked at 500f on a pizza steel. However, the broil setting in my oven is broken so it was hard to get that char. Will absolutely be doing this again soon 😀 next time we’re adding anchovies
