So someone posted a pan pizza last week or so, but I could not stop thinking about it. Made it for the kids last night. The crust is not right, but it worked like a charm. I'm a big cast-iron cook, so this satisfied two itches. I had some tortellini in the fridge that I decided to add…kids didn't know what to think. But there is no lunch for me.
