* Preheat cast iron 425 degrees * Drizzle olive oil * Spread sourdough discard and drizzle with olive oil and Italian seasoning and salt * Bake crust at 425 for 10 min * Add cheese, if you’re adding veggies I’d sauté them first * Put back in the oven for about 6 minutes or til cheese is melted
