Cheesy Italian Shells with Chicken and Broccoli 🍝

This chicken and broccoli shells recipe is all about keeping it low and slow so the sauce stays silky and never breaks. Garlic herb Boursin, melty Italian cheese, and a finish of real Parmigiano Reggiano… it doesn’t get better than this.

Recipe:
1 head broccoli (cut into florets, steamed until almost tender)
1½–2 lbs chicken (cubed + seasoned)
1–2 tbsp avocado oil
½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 package garlic herb Boursin
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz) Italian cheese blend
¼ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Small pasta shells (cooked)
Cook chicken until browned → add broth + bouillon → melt Boursin → add milk (keep heat LOW, don’t boil) → stir in broccoli → add cheese blend slowly, stirring often → mix in pasta → finish with Parmesan.
Low heat + frequent stirring = smooth, creamy sauce every time.
