Pizza dough measurements:
2.5 cups maida
1 cup water
1 spoon sugar
2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp oil
For method, refer to Bread ep.1.
Roll out the dough after 1st proofing is done.
Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to highest temperature. Place baking tray on lower rack, with lower rods on.

Airfryer/convection oven instructions
Set temperature to the highest and bake until bread is cooked.

Other cooking instructions:
Can also cook this on a tawa. Set it on low flame, cover with a lid and cook until brown on the bottom and the cheese melts.

  4. Hi , just wanted to share the recipe I once tried,
    First blanch the tomatoes, onion, garlic for 5 minutes and peel the tomato skin before blending. Cook the blended sauce till it thickens and mix some herbs, The sauce will come out in better texture ,
