Ingredients
140 g shallots
130 g carrot
180 g red paprika
300 g chicken breast fillet
Olive oil
30 g butter
1 tsp turmeric powder
Sea salt, black pepper
1/2 tbsp gochujang paste
500 g Barilla risoni
1000 ml chicken broth
500 g fresh peas (130 g shelled)
Greek yogurt
Cook the peas together with the risoni on low heat for 8–10 minutes, or if you prefer them slightly firm, add them during the last 3 minutes Serve with Greek yogurt
