Ingredients

6 small flour tortillas (or taco shells)

1 cup pizza sauce

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced pepperoni

½ tsp Italian seasoning

¼ tsp garlic powder

Optional: olives, bell peppers,
mushrooms, chili flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly warm tortillas so they’re flexible.
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and any extras.
Fold into taco shape and place in a baking dish (you can prop them against each other to hold shape).
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese melts and edges are slightly crispy.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and serve hot.

Ingredients

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or oregan
Instructions

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute (forms a roux).
Slowly whisk in milk until smooth.
Add mozzarella and stir until melted and creamy.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Serve warm as a dip for your pizza tacos.

For extra crisp tacos, brush tortillas lightly with oil before baking.
