   My mamma me lo preparava sempre quando avevo mal di stomaco. Arborio, burro, parmigiano e forse un po' di olio. Classico!

   We always use pecorino because it’s close enough while being sheep’s cheese, we were quite happy to find my fiancé’s dairy allergy was cow milk only.
