I absolutely love that you’re using clean ingredients! We need more vendors and restaurants like this! You said you use olive oil instead of seed oils, which is absolutely amazing! However, I just wanted to say that olive oil does actually start to release harmful compounds, like aldehydes (chemical used in making plastics, dyes and perfumes), when heated past its smoke point, basically making it somewhat toxic. Olive oil’s smoke point is typically between 375°F–410°F. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the oil will automatically become toxic once it’s hit that temp, it’s just something to be aware of and watch out for. Cooking with olive oil is generally safe to use, and much better than seed oils. I can tell you’re making a conscious effort to make this food healthy, and that is amazing. So I figured since you’re already trying to make this pizza as healthy as possible, you’d be open to hear this. I’m not suggesting you stop using olive oil, I just wanted to bring it to your attention. I don’t know at what temperature you’re cooking these pizzas, and I’m definitely not an expert, I just have a phone and did some quick Google searches and watched a few videos. Seek and you shall find truth, honesty, love, life, compassion, mercy, grace, security, serenity, peace, and everything good we desire but can never seem to truly find that which is everlasting without seeking That which is Everlasting. I love you. You are able and capable to do it. You can do it! When the going gets rough, don’t shy away. Stand strong. Stand firm. Fight back with everything you have because this flesh is weak but the spirit is willing. The reward is…. Perfect. Don’t start from the middle of the Bible. Start from the beginning, Genesis, and read it all the way through to the end, Revelations, like you would any other book. 🦋
