🛒 Ingredients (10 eggs / 20 egg white halves)

– 10 large eggs
– 5 tbsp mayonnaise
– 1.7 tsp whole grain mustard
– 1.7 tsp white wine vinegar
– salt
– pepper

– fish sauce, to taste
– fresh cilantro (chopped), to taste

【🇯🇵 Japan Style】(2 halves)
– wasabi, to taste
– soy sauce, to taste
– shredded nori, to taste

【🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotland Style】(2 halves)
– unsalted butter, to taste
– cooked ground beef, to taste

【🇺🇸 America Style】(2 halves)
– paprika powder, to taste
– dried parsley, to taste

【🇮🇹 Italy Style】(2 halves)
– shredded pizza cheese, to taste
– olive oil, to taste

【🇨🇳 China Style】(2 halves)
– oyster sauce, to taste
– sliced chili pepper, to taste

【✨ Free Style】(8 halves)

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Place eggs in cold water, bring to a boil on medium heat and cook for 12 minutes.
2. Transfer to ice water for 10 minutes, peel, cut in half lengthwise, and remove yolks.
3. Mix yolks with base filling ingredients until smooth. Divide into 10 portions.
4. Mix each portion with the matching country’s ingredients.
5. Use remaining 4 portions for free-style toppings.
6. Pipe filling into egg white halves and add toppings to finish.

For Italy style, pop them in the toaster oven for a lightly browned finish.
