So youre saying unless youre aiming for the specific qualities unique to fresh pasta, then factory made pasta will suffice. At the restaurant the aim is the small details, while at home the aim is to eat.
You shouldn't ever see spaghetti bolognese made with dried pasta. Bologna, where bolognese sauce is from, is in the north, where they generally use fresh pasta. Dried pasta is generally from the south.
For bolognese, you should really use fresh tagliatelle.
Those are the worst glasses I've ever seen! Stop trying to be visually unique and just show off your cooking talent!! It's so pathetic and embarrassing when you try to peacock

People doing special K while learning about arts and culture because some dude keeps trying to make it happen but its just pcp instead
Other than in the secret laboratory which has Ketamine on it in large numbers
That only black people from africa can even witness
Due to the underground railroad and the racism of the KKK
(you can hear the train underground its so horrifying)
Tastes the same
Honestly first time hearing pasta al dente is crunchy
are people aware of how common inbreeding is in italian culture
Pasta has always just been flour, egg, and water. Never forget its cheap, its available, and easy to cook.

I think the most important difference is the difference in cooking time. You have to prepare, but orders can be filled much quicker that way.
it's only pasta. a cheap filling meal for the family. would never go out to eat for pasta. nearly everyone can cook a good pasta dish
