  4. You shouldn't ever see spaghetti bolognese made with dried pasta. Bologna, where bolognese sauce is from, is in the north, where they generally use fresh pasta. Dried pasta is generally from the south.

    For bolognese, you should really use fresh tagliatelle.

  5. I think the most important difference is the difference in cooking time. You have to prepare, but orders can be filled much quicker that way.
