


Had everything prepped and ready to go. Cooked up chicken thighs, cut up garlic, oven was blasting at 550F, steel probably at 600F. Then realized I never restocked mozzarella for a cheese pizza with chicken. So pivoted quick found a bottle of pesto and switched to an impromptu chicken pesto pizza with cheddar and Parmesan!

Add sundried tomatoes and spinach and you’ll have the best pizza in the world.
