  1. 5km race… how many miles? Wouldn't it be reasonable to think in km as all the races are 5k, 10k etc?

  2. i do think the trip isn't long enough to adjust it always takes about a week to adjust and by then you're home again. Maybe a 3 week trip would be better

  3. Are you aware of the environmental impact of flights? Genuine question. Like quantitatively, do you realize Hoy absolutely horrible they are for our earth
