Another favourite of my wife and mine.
Just five ingredients. Bucatini cooked al dente, egg yokes, guanciale, Pecorino Romano and lots of black pepper.
No cream. No garlic. No onions.
Has taken me a while to get it to this consistency but it is certainly been worth the effort!
