Today I am making risotto al vino rosso (Barolo), a classic Italian dish. 🍷
I’m cooking a taste of home here in the U.S., using ingredients you can actually find in American grocery stores, and sharing it with my Korean husband.
If you’ve ever wondered how to make authentic Italian food at home, this one’s for you.
All the ingredients and products used in this video are ones I personally use in my everyday cooking. This video is not sponsored.
