Mama’s Turkish Pasta
Ingredients:
½ Kg Pasta Of Choice
500g Lean Ground Beef
2 Medium Yellow Onions, Diced
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
Red Chilli Flakes
Oil
100g Unsalted Butter (Melted)
1tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
1tbsp Chopped Parsley
Pasta Sauce
Sliced Olives
1 Cup Greek Yogurt, Or Plain Yogurt
Salt
Method:
Heat the pan on medium heat and add oil in it.
Now add sliced onions and saute it till translucent Add in tomato paste and again saute it for 2 min.
Then add minced meat and let it cook for 10 min.
Now top it with salt and red chilli flakes and remove from the stove.
In a different pan add melted butter, chopped garlic & chopped pasley, now cook them until you smell the garlic aroma.
Take all the garlic butter out in a bowll
In a separate bowl add in the pasta and now top it with the pasta sauce, greek yogurt, mince, garlic butter and in the end top it with sliced olives.
