INGREDIENTS:
*For Marinara sauce*
• 1tbsp butter
• ⁠1 tbsp garlic chopped
• ⁠1 medium sized onion chopped
• ⁠1 tbsn Kashmiri chilli powder
• 5-6 medium sized tomato purée
• 1 tbsp mixed seasoning
• ⁠2 tbsp ketchup
• ⁠1 tbsp sugar
• ⁠1 tsp black pepper powder
• ⁠salt to taste

*For Béchamel sacue*
• 3 tbsp butter
• ⁠3 tbsp flour
• ⁠400ml milk
• ⁠salt to taste
• ⁠pinch of black pepper powder
• ⁠pinch of nutmeg powder
• ⁠1/2 tsp oregano

*For veggies*
• 2 tbsp butter
• ⁠1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• ⁠1 medium sized diced onion
• ⁠1 medium sized diced carrot
• ⁠broccoli
• 3 medium sized diced mixed bell peppers
• ⁠salt & pepper to taste
• ⁠mix seasonings

Layar the red sauce on bottom of the Pan and place lasagna sheets and again apply red sauce and top it up with veggies and white sauce and repeat the process and on final layering add mozzarella cheese and it’s ready to bake!!
And I’m using AGARO MARVEL 48L OTG for this recipe!!!
Preheat the oven on baking mode at 200*C for 10 minutes and bake the lasagna for 15-20 minutes until the cheese browns and serve it!!!
