Ricotta blue cheese & onion Tortellinis

For the dough I used:

350 gr Semola

175 gr eggs

5 gr salt

6.5 cm squares

Filling:

500 gr Ricotta

100 gr Blue Cheese

4 u Onion

2 u Garlic

1 u Egg yolk

Nutmeg, Merken, Salt, Black Pepper.
